These terms apply to your use of momentumscalingco.com (the “site”), operated by Momentum Scaling Co, Greenfield, Massachusetts. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information only
The site describes our web design, local SEO and lead-generation services. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Free audit
The free website audit is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything. Audits are our opinion and recommendations based on the information available to us at the time. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to help our clients get more calls and jobs, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result, including search rankings, traffic, leads, conversion rates or revenue. Those depend on many things outside our control, like your market, competition, reviews, pricing, service quality and how quickly you respond to leads. The calculator, “before and after” numbers and examples on this site are hypothetical estimates for illustration only. They are not real client results and are not a promise.
Sample designs
The sample websites shown on this site (for example “Peak Roofing,” “Summit HVAC” and “GreenEdge Landscaping”) are concept designs for fictional businesses, created to show our design style. The business names, people, reviews, ratings, statistics and contact details on them are made up and do not describe real companies or real customers. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidental.
Your use of the site
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes submitting false or someone else’s information, sending spam or harmful code through our forms, trying to get unauthorized access to our systems, or copying the site for commercial use without permission.
Our content
The site’s text, design, logo and graphics belong to Momentum Scaling Co or are used with permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Momentum Scaling Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some laws don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
